Review of Medical Records

Book A Session
What is it and what are the symptoms?

A Medical Records Review is a detailed assessment of your past medical history, conducted by our clinicians to ensure we have all the necessary information before proceeding with your care. This may be required if:

  • Your clinician needs to verify past diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions.
  • Additional information from your GP or previous specialists is necessary.
  • Your case is complex, and a full review is needed before deciding on the next steps.

By reviewing your medical records, we can ensure any diagnosis, or treatment plan, is safe, appropriate, and fully informed.

Treatment options

You may need a Medical Records Review if:

  • Your clinician has advised that additional medical history is required before continuing care.
  • You have a complex medical background, and past records are needed for a full assessment.
  • You have had previous treatments, medications, or diagnoses that need verification.
  • There are gaps in the information provided during your consultation that need clarification.

Without a records review, we may be unable to proceed with your diagnosis, or treatment, safely.
