I am highly skilled Pharmacist Independent Prescriber with 20 years’ experience in the NHS, specialising in medicines optimisation. With a passion for patient care and a commitment to enhancing therapeutic outcomes, my role is to ensure the safe, effective, and appropriate use of medications.

I have a master’s degree in pharmacy and advanced clinical training, and therefore possesses comprehensive knowledge  of pharmacology, pharmacotherapy, and clinical pharmacy practice. I have expertise in assessing complex medication regimens, identify potential drug interactions, and optimise treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. I am continuously developing and learning so that my practice aligns with the highest standards of quality and safety.
